ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION - Mayor Mintz adjourned the Closed Session at 5:32 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION, SIGNIFICANT EXPOSURE TO LITIGATION, Government Code § 54956.9 (d)(2), (1 case - Indian Cove Neighbors challenge to facility fee waiver policy).
ADJOURNMENT - Mayor Mintz adjourned the Closed Session to Regular Session at 5:56 p.m.
