CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Mintz called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.
Roll Call - The following Councilmembers were present: Bilderain, Ramirez, Scott, Wright, Mintz.
Public Comment - There were no requests to speak.
Adjourn to Closed Session - Mayor Mintz adjourned to Closed Session at 11:34 a.m.
CLOSED SESSION
1. Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 – PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT: Title - City Manager.
The City Council returned to the Council Chambers at 12:06 p.m. announcing that City Manager James submitted a letter of resignation and on a motion made by Councilmember Wright, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Scott and approved 5-0 to accept his resignation.
ADJOURNMENT - Mayor Mintz adjourned the meeting at 12:07 p.m.
