ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Ukiah City Council met at a Special Meeting on October 18, 2023, having been legally noticed on October 16, 2023. The meeting was held in person and virtually at the following link:
https://us06web.zoom.us/j/97199426600. Mayor Rodin called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Roll was taken with the following Councilmembers Present: Juan V. Orozco, Susan Sher, Douglas, F.
Crane (arriving at 4:03 p.m.), Josefina Dueňas, and Mari Rodin. Staff Present: Sage Sangiacomo, MAYOR RODIN PRESIDING.

3. WORKSHOP
a. Presentation from Northern California Power Agency on Power Supply Basics.
Presenters: Cindy Sauers, Electric Utility Director and Randy Howard, NCPA General Manager.
Public Comment: Crispin Hollinshead, Steve Scalmanini, Eileen Mitro, and Suzanne Pletcher.
