ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Ukiah City Council met at a Special Meeting on January 17, 2024, having been legally noticed on https://us06web.zoom.us/j/97199426600. Mayor Dueñas called the meeting to order at 5:13 p.m Roll was taken with the following Councilmembers Present: Mari Rodin, Juan V. Orozco, Susan Sher, and Josefina Duenas. Councilmember Absent by Prearrangement: Douglas, F. Crane Staff
Present: Sage Sangiacomo, City Manager; David Rapport, City Attorney; and Kristine Lawler, City Clerk. Also present for Closed Session: Shannon Riley, Deputy City Manager; Sean White, Water MAYOR DUENAS PRESIDING.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Rodin.

City Attorney David Rapport reported that a settlement agreement for Roofers Solar Construction vs the City of Ukiah, et al (Agenda Item 3c) had been approved (Rodin/Sher: AYES: Rodin, Orozco, Sher, and Duenas. NOES: None. ABSENT: Crane. ABSTAIN: None) in the amount of $480,000 that the City will receive to apply towards replacing the roof that was poorly installed. Public record will be available by the end of this week or beginning of next week.
Additional direction was provided to Staff.
