ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Ukiah City Council met at a Special Meeting on April 17, 2024, having been legally noticed on April 12, 2024. The meeting was held in person

Roll was taken with the following Councilmembers Present: Mari Rodin, Juan V. Orozco, Susan Sher, and Douglas, F. Crane. Councilmember Absent by Prearrangement: Josefina Dueňas. Staff
Present: Sage Sangiacomo, City Manager; and Kristine Lawler, City Clerk.
VICE MAYOR CRANE PRESIDING.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by City Manager Sangiacomo.
