ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
kiah City Council met at a Special Meeting on February 4, 2026, having been legally noticed ol lanuary 30, 2026. The meeting was held in person and virtually at the following link https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83910458429. Mayor Sher called the meeting to order at 3:33 p.m. Roll was taken with the following Councilmembers Present: Douglas F. Crane, Mari Rodin, Heather Criss, Juan V. Orozco, and Susan Sher. Staff Present: Shannon Riley, Deputy City Manager; David Rapport, City Attorney; and Kristine Lawler, City Clerk.
MAYOR SHER PRESIDING.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Sher.
