1. ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Ukiah City Council met at a Special Meeting on March 4, 2026, having been legally noticed on February 27, 2026. The meeting was held in person and virtually at the following link:
https://us06web.zoom.us/j/86935146282. Mayor Sher called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m. Roll was taken with the following Councilmembers Present: Douglas F. Crane, Mari Rodin, Heather Criss, Juan V. Orozco, and Susan Sher. Staff Present: Sage Sangiacomo, City Manager; David Rapport, City Attorney; and Kristine Lawler, City Clerk.
MAYOR SHER PRESIDING.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Criss.

No public comment was received. Clerk noted that no public presence was online at that time.

a. Mid-Year Departmental Budget and Objectives Progress Review for Fiscal Year 2025-26, Review of Draft Objectives, and Review of Individual Departmental Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan Updates for Fiscal Year 2026-27.
