ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Ukiah City Council met at a Special Meeting on June 1, 2026, having been legally noticed on May meeting was held in person and virtually at the following link:
https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82666058314. Mayor Sher called the meeting to order at 3:07 p.m. Roll was taken with the following Councilmembers Present: Douglas F. Crane, Mari Rodin, Heather Criss, and Susan Sher. Councilmembers Absent by Prearrangement: Juan V. Orozco. Staf
Present: Sage Sangiacomo, City Manager and Araceli Sandoval, Deputy City Clerk.
MAYOR SHER PRESIDING.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Crane.

3. BUDGET HEARING
a. Presentation of the Draft 2026-27 Fiscal Year City Budget and Draft Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan.
