1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dutra-Vernaci at 6:32 PM.
2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Dutra-Vernaci opened Oral Communications. There being no speakers, Mayor Dutra-Vernaci closed Oral Communications.
3. CITY MANAGER REPORTS
3.a. Receive Report Regarding Campaign Contribution Limits And Provide Further Direction
City Attorney Kokotaylo provided staff presentation and responded to Councilmember questions.
The Council received the report and directed staff to investigate how expenditure limits are calculated in other cities and to return with a report.
This report would inform the council's decision on potentially increasing the current campaign contribution limit of $720 and introducing expenditure caps per election to ensure a more level playing field for new candidates.

4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Dutra-Vernaci adjourned the meeting at 6:59 PM.
