Mayor Singh opened Public Comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Singh closed Public Comment.
3. TOUR
3.a. Station District Tour and Discussion of Planned Capital Projects and Development Sites (Estimated Arrival Times Provided; Tour Will Not Begin at Stops Before Stated Time)
1. 10:00 AM – Start of Tour and opportunity for public comment regarding special meeting agenda item at Studio 11, 34626 11th Street
2. 10:05 AM – Stop 1: Corner of 11th Street and Berger Way
3. 10:10 AM – Stop 2: East Plaza on Duncan Way
4. 10:25 AM – Stop 3: Intersection of 11th Street and Green Street
5. 10:40 AM – Stop 4: Corner of Bradford Way and Zwissig Way
6. 10:55 AM – Stop 5: Union City Corporation Yard, 34650 7th Street
7. 11:10 AM – Stop 6: BART Station Main Entrance at Station Way
8. 11:25 AM – Stop 7: Osprey Drive at Arroyo Park
9. 11:40 AM – Return to Studio 11, 34626 11th Street for concluding discussion
During the tour, staff provided presentations and responded to questions from City Council and Planning Commission members.
At Stops 5 and 7, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Director Liz Ames provided brief comments to the Council and Commission about BART’s partnership with the City.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Singh adjourned the meeting at 12:56 PM.
