Mayor Singh called the meeting to order at 6:09 PM.

3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Singh opened Public Comment. There being no speakers, Mayor Singh closed Public Comment.
4. STUDY SESSION
4.a. Study Session on Proposed Station East Phases 2 and 3 Residential Development
Before the staff presentation, City Attorney Kokotaylo reported that the Special Closed Session, conducted prior to this meeting, had no reportable action. He February 11, 2025 | 6:00 PM Page 2 of 2

then provided the Council with a brief overview of the study session preceding Contract Planner Carmichael’s presentation.
Following the staff presentation, Contract Planner Carmichael and Economic and Community Development Director Campbell responded to the Council’s questions.
Mayor Singh then reopened Public Comment, allowing the applicant, Evan Knapp from Integral Communities, to address and respond to the Council's questions.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Singh adjourned the meeting at 6:43 PM.
