More parks and trees and fix our city hall
complex park and redo the median islands on
Alvarado Nile’s road.

To advise the city officials and make best
decision for our city.
How vital should aesthetics be in approving
development?
We should have right people in power
As land values increase, “affordable housing”
becomes increasingly scarce. What are your
thoughts on the City’s responsibility to plan for
and provide affordable housing?
Coming up with community lottery system and
development of bart station area and quarry
lakes . The city should hire more staff that can
work with developers and state for more
resources.
What do you feel are some factors that make a
residential neighborhood a “good place to live?”
The people and good residents and also clean
safe environment.
What role should the economics of the
development (city taxes received and the project
costs) play in planning
decisions?
It very important and make a decision when
comes to development.
What types of businesses should Union City
seek and why?
bring more business to Union City that’s gonna
help our city in a long term . I’m in support in
watever .
In 1996, the voters approved Measure II,
enacting very stringent development policies in
the hillside area.
Pressure is mounting to allow some development
in the hills. If Measure II were proposed for
amendment,
under what conditions, if any, would you favor
relaxing the policies?
I will leave that decision up to the council and
watever decision they come up with I support

contribute?
My passion towards council council and helping
out others and I think my contribution will bring
along way , by bringing in some good ideas.
What qualifies you for this appointment? I’m educated towards have taken classes about climate and if we don’t do something about this
nothing will be done . We need to take care of
our streets , parks and etc
