The Meeting was Called to Order by Mayor Singh at 8:34 AM.

3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - Comments Limited to Items on the Special Meeting Mayor Singh opened Oral Communications. There being no speakers, Mayor Singh closed Oral Communications.
4. STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION
City Manager Malloy provided introductory remarks and introduced Patrick Ibarra of the Mejorando Group.
Patrick Ibarra facilitated the Strategic Planning Session.
Council recessed briefly.
Upon reconvening, Steve Toler of Baker Tilly Services presented the long-range financial forecast.
Council recessed for lunch.
Upon reconvening, City Manager Malloy presented on the 2023–2025 Accomplishments.
Patrick Ibarra continued facilitating the Strategic Planning Session, including a discussion of the Strategic Plan Goals and priorities for the coming year.
Mayor Singh provided closing remarks.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Singh adjourned the meeting at 3:01 PM.
