This special meeting consists of a live “mock meeting” to continue hands-on testing of the OneMeeting agenda management system. The Council and staff will practice motions, voting, and public comment workflows. No actions will be taken during the mock meeting. Council will go into a Special Closed Session afterwards.

WHEREAS, the City Council is testing the new OneMeeting agenda management system during a mock meeting on September 9, 2025; and
WHEREAS, practice items provide the Council and staff with the opportunity to test motions, seconds, voting, and public comment features.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Union City hereby declares September 2025 as “Mock Meeting Month” in Union City.
