Mayor Singh called the meeting to order at 5:05 PM.

Seeing no speakers present, he closed Oral Communications.
4. MOCK MEETING EXERCISE
City Clerk Pham led the exercise for the City Council to use the City’s OneMeeting agenda management system and responded to questions from the Council.
Votes taken during the exercise were practice runs for demonstration purposes only and did not constitute official Council actions. No action was taken during this session.

Title: City Attorney
Mayor Singh reported out during the regular meeting that the City Council conducted the performance evaluation of the City Attorney. He noted that the review went well and that the Council anticipates another evaluation opportunity in the current fiscal year. No reportable action was taken.

Mayor Singh reported on the closed session items during the September 9, 2025, City Council Regular Meeting.
