CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

TITLE: CITY HALL ATRIUM GARDEN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, CITY PROJECT NO. 22-30
I, MARILOU AYUPAN, Public Works Director of the City of Union City, County of Alameda, State of California, do hereby certify as follows:
a. That the project consisted of concrete repair and waterproofing, installation of electrical wiring, installation of transformer and landscaping light fixtures, soil preparation and drain installation, installation of metal edging, installation of landscaping features and materials, and installation of plants, irrigation system, and groundcover and other related work indicated and required by the plans and standard specifications; and
b. That the contract agreement was awarded by staff on May 21, 2024, in the amount of $136,244.15; and
c. That the adopted and approved plans and specifications have been changed in the following respects:

e. That BNO Builders, Inc., performed the work at a total cost of $147,762.15, including the above noted contract change description.
f. That the Final retention amount of $14,776.22 will be released after 35 days from the project’s acceptance.
