Mayor Singh called the meeting to order at 6:43 PM.

Mayor Singh opened Oral Communications. There being no speakers, Mayor Singh closed Oral Communications.
4. PROCLAMATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS
4.1. Proclamation in Recognition of City Engineer Farooq Azim on His Retirement
Mayor Singh read aloud the proclamation and presented it to Former City Engineer Azim, who later offered brief comments.
4.2. Presentation on the Annual Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation Project, City Project No. 25-01
City Engineer Cangco provided staff presentation. She, Civil Engineer II Yu, and Public Works Director Ayupan responded to the Council's questions.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Singh adjourned the meeting at 7:15 PM.
