RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNION CITY
AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN TO
UPDATE THE CLASS SPECIFICATION FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF
PRESCHOOL SITE SUPERVISOR I
WHEREAS, the City has undertaken an inquiry and recommends that the City Council update the class specification for the classification of Preschool Site Supervisor I; and
WHEREAS, City staff have undertaken an analysis of necessary updates to the classification and compensation plan to update the class specification for the classification of Preschool Site Supervisor I; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has identified in the Strategic Plan Goal B, Governance and Organization Effectiveness to align critical city services with current staffing levels by ensuring the accuracy and clarity for the classification of Preschool Site Supervisor I.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Union City hereby approves the updated classification of Preschool Site Supervisor I, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to take such further actions as may be necessary to implement the proposed revisions to the class specification for the classification of Preschool Site Supervisor I.
