1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Singh called the meeting to order at 5:14 PM.
Mayor Singh notified that, pursuant to Government Code § 54953(b), Vice Mayor Patiño joined the meeting via teleconference from the site listed on the agenda.

Staff requested that the Council accept applications received after the deadline.
Council accepted the two late applications for the January 20 City Council Special Meeting. Subsequently, the Council interviewed the following applicants:

5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Singh adjourned the Meeting at 7:14 PM.
