RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNION CITY
RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING THE AUDITED FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2024 (FY
2023-24)
WHEREAS, the Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, have been submitted to the City Council by City staff and the City’s Auditors, Badawi & Associates; and
WHEREAS, the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2024, were reviewed and discussed by the City Council Finance Subcommittee on December 23, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Union City hereby receives and accepts the Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Union City at a special meeting held on January 13, 2026, by the following vote:
