1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Singh called the Meeting to Order at 5:01 PM. Mayor Singh also noted, for the record, that pursuant to Government Code § 54953, Councilmember Nishihira was participating in this meeting via teleconference.

4.1. Boards, Commissions, and Committees Interviews (January 20, 2026) and Discussion of the Appointment Process
The Council interviewed the following candidates:
Martin Jaquinto
Ann Yap Jaquinto
Seyi Mclelland
Adrian Hipolito
Harinder Kaur
Kaleolani Diego
Darrin Ransom
Subsequently, the City Council discussed the placement of applicants on the various vacant commission and committee seats.

Mayor Singh adjourned the Meeting at 7:27 PM.
