I will not be able to attend the Feb. 24th City Council meeting, but I wanted to express by agreement with city staff in going forward with the renovation and abatement of the Larry Orozco Teen Bike Workshop.
I understand that this will be a multi-year project, but it needs to be done and it goes a long ways in addressing the issue of deferred maintenance.
I hope that any work in the building is done in such a way that it does not affect the historical significance of the building.
