COMMENCING at a found 2 ½ inch brass disk with no stamp in a well set to mark the northerly terminus ofthat line shown as "N33º31 '20"E 189.06' M-M" on Tract 3835 recorded on June 29, 1977 in Book 95 of Maps at Pages 88 to 92 in the Office of the Recorder of said County which bears South 15°05'13" West, 638.77 feet from a found 2 ½ inch brass disk with no stamp in a well shown as found standard city monument on Alvarado-Niles Road near the intersection of Osprey Drive on said Tract 3835;
