The plans include two parks dedicated to the City, as well as other paseos and play areas with dedicated public access easements.

include landscaping in public rights-of-way, public parks, and areas to be maintained by homeowner associations.
The Project site plan (Attachment 1) is attached and shows the current block layout. The site plan also shows the names of the new private and public roads. Consistent with the City’s public street naming policy, the three public roads were named after councilmembers, including Patiño Street, Sakakihara Street, and Wang Street.
