Mayor Singh called the meeting to order at 6:31 PM.

Mayor Singh opened Oral Communications.
There being no speakers, Mayor Singh closed Oral Communications.
4. PROCLAMATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS
4.1. Proclamation Recognizing March 2026 as Senior Nutrition Programs Month – Ending the Wait
Mayor Singh read the proclamation aloud and then presented it to SOS Meals on Wheels representatives Tammy Duran and Pcyeta Stroud, who accepted the proclamation. Spectrum Community Services Laura Calvert also made brief comments afterwards.

4.2. Proclamation Recognizing March 2026 as American Red Cross Month Mayor Singh read the proclamation aloud and then presented it to Jan Peterson of the American Red Cross, who made brief comments afterwards.
4.3. Proclamation Recognizing April 2026 as American Muslim Appreciation and Awareness Month
Mayor Singh read the proclamation aloud and presented it to Shamsa Rafay.
She and Dr. Noor Bilbeisi made brief comments afterwards.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Singh adjourned the meeting at 6:53 PM.
