Mayor Singh called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM.

Mayor Singh opened Oral Communications.
There being no speakers on this item, Mayor Singh closed Oral Communications.
4. PROCLAMATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS
4.1. Proclamation Recognizing April 19-25, 2026 as National Crime Victims’ Rights Week
Mayor Singh read the proclamation aloud and then presented it to Alameda County District Attorney’s Office representative Ivy Odiamar, who accepted the proclamation and provided brief comments.

4.2. Proclamation Recognizing April 2026 as Fair Housing Month Mayor Singh read the proclamation aloud and presented it to ECHO Housing representatives Christina Soto and Raquel Gonzalez, who accepted the proclamation. Christina Soto provided brief remarks.
4.3. Recognizing April 2026 as Arts, Culture, and Creativity Month Mayor Singh read the proclamation aloud and presented it to the recipients, who accepted the proclamation. Arts and Culture Coordinator Aaron Ewing, Claudia from ColorVision, Johnny Qiu, and Cathy Day provided brief remarks.
4.4. Proclamation Recognizing April 14, 2026, as Khalsa Day Mayor Singh read the proclamation aloud and presented it to the recipients, who accepted the proclamation. Gurcharan Singh Mann, Ekamjot Kaur Sahi, Sarabjit Kaur Cheema, and others provided brief remarks.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Singh adjourned the meeting at 6:48 PM.
