Dear Mayor Singh and Councilmembers,
I wanted to briefly flag what appears to be a discrepancy in Item 4.7 regarding the proposed cybersecurity services agreement with ePlus Technology, Inc. The agenda title and annual pricing calculations appear to support a total three year contract amount of $180,684.00 based on the stated annual cost of $60,228.00. However, the recommendation section and draft resolution reference a total contract amount of $180,664.00 instead.
Because the resolution is the operative authorization document, I respectfully request that staff clarify and correct the discrepancy before final approval to ensure consistency across the agenda materials, vendor proposal, and adopted resolution.
