1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The special workshop of the Upland City Council was called to order by Mayor Bill Velto at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Upland City Hall.

3. AGENDA ITEMS
a. FISCAL YEAR 2023/24 BUDGET WORKSHOP
Assistant City Manager Parker presented a detailed overview of the proposed 2023/24 budget along with a PowerPoint presentation, which is on file in the City Clerk's office. Department heads then provided an overview of individual department budgets and answered questions posed by the Council.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Velto adjourned the workshop at 5:45 p.m. The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting is Monday, June 12, 2023.
