1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The special workshop of the Upland City Council was called to order by Mayor Bill Velto at 3:00 p.m. in the Carnegie Library Building.

3. AGENDA ITEMS
a. EMERGENCY OPERATIONS TRAINING - THE ROLE OF THE PUBLIC
OFFICIAL IN THE ICS SYSTEM AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
San Bernardino County Fire Department Emergency Services Officer Klasha Ray presented the training.
At 3:39 p.m. Mayor Velto called a recess. The City Council reconvened in open session at 3:45 p.m.
The City Council participated in a tabletop exercise.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Velto adjourned the workshop at 4:28 p.m. The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting is Monday, November 13, 2023.
