CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The special workshop of the Upland City Council was called to order by Mayor Bill Velto at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Upland City Hall.

3. AGENDA ITEMS
a. FISCAL YEAR 2024/25 AND 2025/26 BUDGET WORKSHOP
Assistant City Manager Parker presented an economic overview of the proposed Fiscal Year 2024/25 and 2025/26 budgets along with a PowerPoint presentation and answered questions posed by the Council.
Department heads then provided an overview of individual department budgets along a with PowerPoint presentation and answered questions posed by the Council.
The City Council received the presentation, no action was necessary.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Velto adjourned the workshop at 6:34 p.m. The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting is Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
