1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The special meeting of the Upland City Council was called to order by Mayor Bill Velto at 10:01 a.m. in the Council Chamber of the Upland City Hall.

Seconded by: Councilmember Maust
Excuse the absence of Councilmember Rudy Zuniga
Motion: Carried Unanimously

3. AGENDA ITEMS
a. CITY COUNCIL GOAL SETTING WORKSHOP
Consultants from Baker Tilly facilitated the workshop and the Council discussed goals, priorities, a mission statement, and vision statement.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Velto adjourned the workshop at 1:54 p.m. The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting is Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
