CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The special meeting of the Upland City Council was called to order by Mayor Bill Velto at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Upland City Hall.

3. AGENDA ITEMS
DOWNTOWN UPLAND PARKING STRUCTURE WORKSHOP
Development Services Director Dalquest provided information on the workshops that will be held during the conceptual design phase of the project and introduced Senior Planner Joshua Winter and consultants with Watry Designs that are working on the conceptual designs.
Project Manager Taylor Kim with Watry Design Inc. provided information on the conceptual designs along with a PowerPoint presentation, and answered questions posed by the Council.
Assistant Project Manager Meghana Prabhune with Watry Design, Inc. presented the conceptual architectural designs. Development Services Director Dalquest answered questions posed by the Council regarding the two conceptual designs and the architecture of existing buildings in the downtown.
Landscape Architect Jane Cataldo presented the conceptual landscape designs.
The Council provided feedback on the landscape options.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Velto adjourned the workshop at 5:30 p.m. The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting is Monday, August 12, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.
