Development Services Director Dalquest and Consultants answered questions posed by the Council regarding the RHNA, low income senior housing, parking in residential areas, and state mandated requirements.

Mayor Velto opened the public hearing.

Natasha Walton, People for Upland Parks, requested that the Housing Element include a large portion, at least one acre, of land in downtown Upland as public park land instead of high density housing and that no additional housing be built without increasing available park land in the City.
