1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The special meeting of the Upland City Council was called to order by Mayor Bill Velto at 4:01 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Upland City Hall.

Seconded by: Councilmember Maust
Excuse the absence of Councilmember Zuniga
Motion: Carried Unanimously

3. AGENDA ITEMS
a. INFRASTRUCTURE MASTER PLANS FOR PAVEMENT AND SIDEWALKS Interim Public Works Director Alanis presented the staff report along with a PowerPoint presentation and answered questions posed by the Council.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Velto adjourned the meeting at 4:37 p.m. The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting is Monday, October 28, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.
