1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The special meeting of the Upland City Council was called to order by Mayor Bill Velto at 5:03 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Upland City Hall.
2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Abbey and Baylee Maust, Upland, congratulated Shannan Maust on her reelection. a. CONSIDER ADOPTING A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE RESULTS OF THE NOVEMBER 5, 2024 GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION
City Clerk Johnson presented the staff report.
Moved by: Councilmember Zuniga
Seconded by: Councilmember Breitling
Adopt Resolution No. 6811 reciting the fact of the General Municipal Election held on November 5, 2024, declaring the results and such other matters as provided by law.
Motion: Carried Unanimously
b. ADMINISTRATION OF THE OATH OF OFFICE
City Clerk Johnson administered the Oath of Office to newly re-elected Mayor Bill Velto, Councilmember Shannan Maust, and City Treasurer Greg R. Bradley.
Comments were made by newly elected officials.
4. ADJOURNMENT
