1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The special meeting of the Upland City Council was called to order by Mayor Bill Velto at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Upland City Hall.
2. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
None
Mayor Velto called a recess at 4:01 p.m. The City Council reconvened the special meeting at 6:11 p.m.
3. AGENDA ITEMS
a. CITY COUNCIL ATTENDANCE AT THE 2026 STATE OF THE CITY The City Council Members attended the 2026 State of the City.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Velto adjourned the special meeting at 7:05 p.m. The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting is Monday, April 13, 2026.
