MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF VACAVILLE
January 26, 2022
This meeting was conducted consistent with Assembly Bill 361 and Government Code section 54953(e) (contingent upon City Council action) which suspends certain requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act and provides the use of teleconferencing to make public meetings accessible by phone or computer, and guidance from the California Department of Public Health on gatherings. The Council Chamber was not open for the meeting.
1. ROLL CALL
Mayor Rowlett called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Also Present: City Attorney Melinda Stewart, City Manager Aaron Busch, and City Clerk Michelle Thornbrugh

The Mayor opened and closed the public hearing with no comments received.

There being no further business before the Council, the meeting of January 26, 2022, was adjourned at 7:47 p.m. with no further actions to report.
