The Mayor called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 6 p.m. in the Vacaville Council Chamber located at 650 Merchant Street. Councilmember Silva participated by phone from the following location:

On a motion by Councilmember Sullivan, seconded by Councilmember Stockton, the Council unanimously approved the agenda of the regular meeting of June 14, 2022, with the continuance of Items 8A, 9C and 9D.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES –

DISCUSSION REGARDING THE USE OF ARPA FUNDING TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT TWO COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND NEIGHBORHOOD CAPACITY-BUILDING STRATEGIES IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 3 On a motion by Mayor Rowlett, seconded by Councilmember Stockton, the Council unanimously approved utilizing ARPA funding not to exceed $155,000 for the development and implementation of two community engagement and neighborhood capacity-building strategies in District 3 ($30,000 for the HEC Work Plan;no more than $120,000 for the Neighborhood Plan and $5,000 reimbursement to D3 District Dollars). .
