Mayor Carli called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.

Councilmember Jason Roberts, District 5

Also Present: City Attorney Melinda Stewart, City Manager Aaron Busch, and City Clerk Michelle Thornbrugh

The Mayor opened and closed the public comment period with no comments received.
3. CLOSED SESSION - Pursuant to California Government Code Section, 54950, et seq. the Council adjourned to closed session at 2:03 p.m.
