Mayor Carli called the special meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. in the Vacaville Council Chamber located at 650 Merchant Street.

Councilmember Member Greg Ritchie, District 2
Councilmember Michael Silva, District 3
Councilmember Sarah Chapman, District 4
Councilmember Jason Roberts, District 5
Councilmember Jeanette Wylie, District 6
Absent: None
Also Present: City Attorney Melinda Stewart, City Manager Aaron Busch, and City Clerk Michelle Thornbrugh

The Mayor opened and closed the public comment period with no comments received.
3. CLOSED SESSION - Pursuant to California Government Code Section, 54950, et seq. the Council adjourned to closed session at 4:02 p.m.
