1. ROLL CALL Mayor Carli called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 6 p.m. in the Vacaville Council Chamber located at 650 Merchant Street.
2. MOMENT OF SILENCE followed by the PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE A moment of silence was observed and the Councilmember Chapman led the Pledge of Allegiance.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA - On a motion by Councilmember Stockton, seconded by Councilmember Chapman, the Council present unanimously approved the agenda of the regular meeting as written (6-0; Silva absent).
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – On a motion by Councilmember Stockton, seconded by Vice Mayor Wylie, the Council present unanimously approved the Minutes for the special meetings of January 24th and February 7th and the regular meeting of January 24, 2023, as written (6-0; Silva absent).
