Mayor Carli called the special meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the Vacaville Council Chamber located at 650 Merchant Street.

Councilmember Member Greg Ritchie, District 2
Councilmember Michael Silva, District 3
Councilmember Sarah Chapman, District 4
Councilmember Jason Roberts, District 5
Councilmember Jeanette Wylie, District 6
Absent: None
2 PUBLIC COMMENT
The Mayor opened and closed the public comment period with no comments received.
3. CLOSED SESSION - Pursuant to California Government Code Section, 54950, et seq. the Council adjourned to closed session at 5:32 p.m.
A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE/DISMISSAL/RELEASE
(Pursuant to Government Code Section §54957)
To hear complaints brought against an employee by another person.
4, ADJOURNMENT
There being no other business, the Council adjourned the closed session at 6:00 p.m. with no further actions to report.
