3. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VACAVILLE ESTABLISHING A FLAG DISPLAY POLICY; and
RECEIVE A PRESENTATION ON THE CITY OF VACAVILLE PROCLAMATION POLICY AND PROVIDE DIRECTION TO STAFF REGARDING THE POLICY

1. Make a determination of City policy related to the display of flags at the City of Vacaville Flag Monument and adopt a resolution establishing a Flag Display Policy; and
