Mayor Carli called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Vacaville Council Chamber located at 650 Merchant Street.

Councilmember Michael Silva, District 3

The Mayor opened and closed the public comment period with no comments received.
3. CLOSED SESSION - Pursuant to California Government Code Section, 54950, et seq. the Council adjourned to closed session at 6:02 p.m.

There being no other business, the Council adjourned the closed session at 9:45 p.m. with no further actions to report.
