CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO AN EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING RIGHTS AGREEMENT (ENRA) BETWEEN THE CITY OF VACAVILLE AND MENARD ENERGY STORAGE, LLC RELATED TO THE POTENTIAL SALE OF A 52.40 ACRE PARCEL OF CITY PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7050 LEISURE TOWN ROAD, DEVELOPMENT TERMS FOR USE OF THE PROPERTY AS A BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE FACILITY, AND RELATED COMMUNITY BENEFITS (Staff contact: Aaron Busch, City Manager (707) 449-5100) By simple motion, adopt the subject resolution granting a one year extension of the ENRA, or by simple motion deny the subject request for a one year extension of the ENRA.
