MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL,
August 13, 2024
1. The Mayor called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. at the Vacaville City Council Chamber located at 650 Merchant Street.
Present: Mayor John Carli
Vice Mayor Greg Ritchie, District 2 (via teleconference) Councilmember Roy Stockton, District 1
Councilmember Michael Silva, District 3
Councilmember Sarah Chapman, District 4
Councilmember Jeanette Wylie, District 6
Absent: Councilmember Jason Roberts, District 5
2. PUBLIC COMMENT - In accordance with Govt. Code §54956, public comment is limited to business listed on the agenda. No Comment.
3. URBAN LAND INSTITUTE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PANEL – DOWNTOWN VACAVILLE
RECOMMENDATIONS
The panel provided initial information based and will provide a final report in November 2024.
4. ADJOURN –The special meeting was adjourned at 6:06 p.m.
