MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL,

1. The Mayor called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. at the Vacaville City Council Chamber located at 650 Merchant Street.
Present: Mayor John Carli (by teleconference from 8281 West War Bonnet Drive, Boise, ID 83709)
Vice Mayor Sarah Chapman, District 4
Councilmember Michael Silva, District 3
Councilmember Ted Fremouw, District 5
Councilmember Jeanette Wylie, District 6 (by teleconference from 6670 Hwy. JJ, Florence, MO 75329)
Absent: Councilmember Roy Stockton, District 1
2. PUBLIC COMMENT - In accordance with Govt. Code §54956, public comment is limited to business listed on the agenda. No Comment.
