Public Hearings
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Vacaville reaffirming the Vanden Meadows Specific Plan and Development Project Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the second amendment to the Development Agreement for the Villages at Vanden Unit 5 Subdivision, located east of Vanden Road and west of Leisure Town Road on Assessor Parcel Numbers 0137-050-290 and 0137-050-300; and Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Vacaville adopting the second amendment to the development agreement by and between the City of Vacaville and Taylor Morrison to extend the term of the development agreement by three years from November 22, 2026 to November 22, 2029, for the development of real property common referred to as the Villages at Vanden Meadows Unit 5 Subdivision located east of Vanden Road and west of Leisure Town Road on Assessor Parcel Numbers 0137-050-290 and 0137-050-300.
