1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:33 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:36 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Brown (arrived at 4:45 p.m.), Dew, and Miessner
Absent: Councilmember Loera-Diaz
Staff present: Interim City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Attorney Knight, Risk Manager Sarkis, Risk Administrative Analyst I Howell, Interim Assistant City Manager Davis and Interim Assistant City Manager Hayes.
The Council convened in Closed Session into the Law Library located in the City Attorney’s Office at 4:36 p.m.
