1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:31 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Arriola, Brown, Dew, Loera-Diaz, and Miessner
Absent: None
Staff present: Interim City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Interim Assistant City Managers Davis and Hayes, Assistant City Attorneys Risner and Knight, Police Chief Williams, Fire Chief Long, and Suzanne Salomon, Outside Legal Counsel.
The Council convened into Closed Session via separate teleconference at 5:35 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
